Wow, what a year!
2023 will forever be known as the “400” year, the year in which delivered our 400th Bugeye to a new home. (If you would like your own “400 Strong T-Shirt, you can find it here!) Bumper to bumper, 400 Bugeyes represents an army of Bugeyes about 4400 feet long, and while it is not quite a long enough Bugeye train to reach the moon, it’s still a column of Bugeyes almost a mile long, and we are pretty proud of that (now to get them all in one place at one time for a giant rock concert!?).
Thank you to all of you who have participated in the Bugeye Sprite revolution. Thank you to all of our parts customers. And to all the amazing Google reviews our customers have left for us. Thank you for coming into our universe and for sticking around to play for a while.
Way back in 2007, I had the idea that other people might actually fall in love with this little frog-eyed car like I did, and that maybe they would transact with a specialist who worked hard to build the best possible product. There was no need and seemingly a very small market at the time, but there was a lot of passion on my end and a big vision.
Now, we have built a marketplace and our family of great customers enjoy a wide array of possible expressions of a car that was once quite simple and basic. Modified, electric, stock, concours… you name it, we can build it. And we welcome your company for cars and parts as we head onward to car 500.
