Now SOLD! Congratulations to the new owner!
We are pleased to offer this wonderfully vintage Vespa 150 (VBB1M075532). It has been titled as a 1961 based on the engine number. I bought this Vespa as part of a package of cars and motorcycles. It’s newly restored in Vietnam, and shipped to the States with zero miles.
This is a 150cc, single-cylinder, 2-stroke scooter. She has four speeds, actuated by pulling the clutch and twisting the left grip. She starts up easily on the first kick, and it’s a fun ride! We’ll have time to make a driving video next week. There are a few chips in the paint from recent storage but otherwise everything is freshly refinished or new. While freshly rebuilt, it had been sitting for about four years and will need new tires. I would also recommend a thorough check-over by your local shop before you head to your local patisserie or tobacconist for your pack of Gauloises.
Some adjusting, fettling and sorting will be needed to get this beauty ready for summer fun. And if you just want something stunning to put in the window of your retail store (or hang from your ceiling of your boulangerie, for that matter), it’s 100% ready to go!
She has a clear Vermont transferable registration, which will allow you to register this Vespa anywhere in the country. If you are interested in securing this neat little scooter, give us a call!
