AN5L 505 was the fifth production Bugeye off the line and thus delightfully significant. She was built in April 1958 just as production of the 49,000 or so Bugeye production line was gearing up.
We didn’t restore this tub, but we are very excited to have a chance to assemble it for the long-time owners, who now live in Texas. The car came to us with some challenges, and our job is to iron them out!
