This is a great car for anyone wanting an inexpensive classic car.
It ticks a lot of boxes for me… the B models are special, with a slightly larger TR4 engine standard, as well as a fully synchronized TR4 transmission, from the factory. They’re more rare than TR3A models.
This is a great one… she’s just weathered enough that there is no need to worry about it, yet it still looks quite striking. It is an iconic sportscar that will forever hold its value. The prior owner just spent about $7000 servicing all the systems. And the car is very affordable.
This is a three-owner car, with long time Connecticut ownership for more than 30 years by the prior owner. There is some rust in the rear rocker panels, visible only underneath. You can see that in the photo album. Still, this is a very solid car.
We spent an hour driving this car back to our shop after purchase (with no issues), so she is ready to drive today! I have about 20 pages of receipts of work that has been done, which come with the car, and I will be happy to review the specifics of what was done with any interested parties.
