We have met a Saint, and her name is Jennifer.
Said Jennifer called this past Wednesday to buy a Bugeye Sprite for her dad and mom for Father’s day, and once the new radial white wall tires arrive ( delayed because of virus-related shipping challenges) this car (“Prim”) will be on the way to mom and dad, in the Pittsburgh area.
Jen’s dad has been talking about getting a Bugeye for many years. When she asked him why it was so important to him, he recounted that back in 1971, they went to look at a used Bugeye they wanted to purchase, but found out at about the same time they were pregnant with Jen.
“We got you instead,” says dad.
This Father’s day, 49 years later, Jennifer closed the loop.
