We get lots of cars in with loose switches, and the live wires on the back are vulnerable to shorts or worse. So we made the ignition guillotine to secure the switch to the dash once and for all.
Lately, parts quality has been variable, so fitting the rest of the pieces on the switch is more difficult than ever. Each component needs some modification before it will attach to the switch. Sadly the days of taking parts out of the box and putting them together without some fettling are over, and for ignition switch bezels and key cylinders, this takes some skill to get right. So now we are offering the complete set up, no fussing required.
